(Doha, Qatar) Looking for a Assistant Sales Manager for a 5 star luxury hotel

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Represent the organization professionally presenting Residences’ products and services.
• Engage in daily sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, Residence visits, entertainment, tradeshows, and presentations. 
• Communicate and follow through with other hotel departments to ensure that the sales commitment is being fulfilled
• Obtain market intelligence and information gathering of benefit to the hotel Residences.
• Comply with and ensure adherence to all of the hotel's policies and procedures
• Develop methods and initiatives to increase departmental revenue within the sales team
• Attend all meetings and/or training sessions as required.
• Identify opportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering to meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in challenging market

  • Basic Salary: QAR 7,000 Monthly
